Technically, no. An MCA is a purchase of your future receivables โ€” not a loan. This means it's not regulated the same way as loans, and MCA providers don't have to disclose APRs the same way lenders do. This is why we always calculate and show you the effective APR equivalent before you sign anything.

What revenue do I need to qualify?

What is a factor rate and how do I calculate the real cost?

A factor rate is multiplied by the advance amount to determine your total repayment. If you receive $100,000 at a 1.35 factor rate, you repay $135,000 โ€” regardless of how quickly you repay it. Unlike interest, a factor rate doesn't decrease if you pay early. The effective APR depends on how fast you repay: faster repayment = higher effective APR.
